RETURN POLICY FOR EXCHANGE ONLY, NO REFUND

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Only if the product is damaged upon receipt, you are eligible for an exchange, but not due to a change of mind.

 

HOW TO RETURN

In order to process your return for an exchange, you must send an email to request for RMA # at Support@BellaVieNetwork.com with your order #, date of order and your product item #. Your product(s) must be returned in its original packaging. At your own expense, you must ship the damaged product back to the manufacturer and your product(s) must arrive to the designated manufacturer within 30 days from the date you received it.  You are responsible to ship it back to the manufacturer at your expense. Manufacturer will ship the replacement back to you at no extra charge. Upon verification of damage, you may receive a refund for your USPS standard ground cost if your receipt was included.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

To qualify for an exchange, your product(s) must arrive to your designated vendor (located on your receipt) within 30 days of the date you received it.  Please allow 10 days of transit time back to our warehouse facility.

In order to process your exchange, your product(s) must have all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Product(s) returned without the original packaging, or a damaged packaging, will not be processed for an exchange.

Shipping:

Once your order is placed online, we are unable to alter your order. After 3 days of cancellation right, your order will be shipped.  Orders are shipped pending availability and credit verification. If a product(s) is not available or on back order, you will be notified and the item will be shipped as soon as possible.

If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard GROUND SHIPPING is our default shipping method. Under this option we will use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship your package.

Standard ground USPS shipping is 3-10 business days.
International Shipments
All International shipments will be handled by UPS and ship at a flat rate of $15.00USD.  At this time, International packages do not have tracking capabilities.

Duty, VAT and Other Fees
Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that our e-commerce partner, PayPal, supports. Check your local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees. BellaVieNetwork holds no responsibility for fees that are subjected by international authorities.

Risk of Loss

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by BellaVieNetWork, LLC. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Bella Vie Network delivers these items to the carrier.
